Fit-tastic Friday {shoulders & arms}

Today is my favorite day of the week, shoulders and arms. A killer set of shoulders was my goal when I first started working out, I really wanted to be comfortable in tanks, and now that’s all I wear yay!

With the progressing superset reps, go up in weight each time.

Keep the intesnity up, and rests minimal, I run through these exercises with no breaks to keep my heart rate up. Good luck everyone!
