Recipes for the Week featuring double meatball nights

If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.

My first post, how exciting!!! I get a lot of questions on my favorite recipes, and there are just too many to choose from! The first thing I do at the beginning of my week (which falls on a Tuesday night for me since my work week starts Wednesday) is pick out my meals for the week and write out my grocery list. I also put these into my calendar and attach the link so it’s super easy to pull it up.

So, here’s my menu for the week, yum (I allow two nights for leftovers/scavenging or date night out)! Note that not all of these are strictly paleo, if a recipe ever calls for a grain or side dish that’s a no-no, I just double the veggies (like the one below).
