Whole 30 Week 3 Wrap Up & Menu

Wow what a week! I’m not going to lie; my half marathon broke my resolve and I did have pasta the night before, and a few protein bars and energy gel shots the day of the race. So technically I guess I failed the Whole 30 :-( I will be extending my program a few more days, but I refuse to beat myself up about it. I spent a year training for it and I finished without stopping despite a brutal hip and knee injury from a month ago at my last trail race. I will get back on the horse, and look forward to sharing my menu with you for the week. Eat up!
